We do not use third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies. The only cookie we set is a functional one (hw_app) that remembers you've signed in so we can show you the app instead of the landing page. Your watchlists, chart layouts and drawings are stored locally in your browser.

3. Why we use it & our lawful basis

4. Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with the processors that run the service:

Hyperwick reads public on-chain data from Hyperliquid (e.g. public wallet activity you choose to follow). That data is already public on the blockchain; we do not send your personal data to Hyperliquid.

5. International transfers

Some processors (Google, Stripe, Cloudflare) are based in the United States and process data there. Where personal data leaves the UK/EEA, it is protected by appropriate safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement / Addendum, Standard Contractual Clauses, or the applicable Data Privacy Framework.

6. How long we keep it

We keep account data while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterwards to meet legal, security and accounting requirements. Alert-delivery logs are kept for a limited period. Payment and transaction records are retained for around six years to meet UK tax and accounting requirements. When you delete your account, we remove or anonymise the personal data that identifies you (such as your email, name and profile picture). We may retain non-identifying records — for example anonymised usage, alert and transaction records — as an audit trail and to meet our legal, security and accounting obligations; these no longer identify you.

7. Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to: access your data; correct it; delete it ("erasure"); restrict or object to processing; data portability; and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these, email [email protected] and we'll respond within one month. You also have the right to complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.

8. Security

Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS/WSS). We are non-custodial — Hyperwick never holds your funds or private keys, and we never store your card details (Stripe does). No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your data.

9. Children

Hyperwick is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect data from children.

10. Changes

We may update this policy; the "last updated" date above will change, and material changes will be notified in-app or by email where appropriate.
