1. Not financial advice

Hyperwick provides charts, price and market alerts, indicators, and public wallet ("smart-money") intelligence for information and educational purposes only. Nothing in the Service is financial, investment, legal, tax or trading advice, a recommendation, or a solicitation to buy or sell any asset. We are not your broker, adviser, or fiduciary. Always do your own research and consider taking independent professional advice.

Hyperwick is not authorised or regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) or any other financial regulator, is not a registered investment adviser or broker, and the Service is not covered by the Financial Services Compensation Scheme (FSCS) or the Financial Ombudsman Service.

2. High-risk activity

Crypto assets and derivatives (including perpetuals on Hyperliquid) are volatile and can move against you fast, especially with leverage. You can lose some or all of your capital. Only risk what you can afford to lose. You are solely responsible for your own trading decisions and their outcomes.

3. Alerts are best-effort — never rely on them alone

Alerts and data are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis and may be delayed, missed, duplicated, inaccurate, or fail to trigger — because of market data gaps, third-party outages, your device or browser, network issues, notification-provider limits, or other factors outside our control. Do not use Hyperwick as the sole basis for any trade, stop-loss, or time-critical decision, and do not treat a missing alert as a signal that nothing happened.

4. Wallet intelligence, labels & scores

"Smart-money" labels, screener rankings, PnL estimates and similar metrics are algorithmic opinions derived from public on-chain data and our own heuristics. They are not statements of fact about any identifiable person, not an allegation or endorsement of anyone's skill, conduct or character, and not a prediction or a recommendation to copy anyone. They are not validated or audited, may be incomplete, wrong, or mis-attributed to the wrong address or person, and past performance of any wallet or strategy does not indicate future results. Wallet addresses shown are already public on the blockchain. If you believe a label or attribution relating to you is inaccurate, contact [email protected] and we will review it.

5. Non-custodial

Hyperwick is non-custodial. We never take control of, or have access to, your funds, private keys, or the ability to trade on your behalf. Any trades you make happen on the exchange/protocol you use, at your own risk.

6. Third-party data & services

The Service relies on third-party data and infrastructure (e.g. Hyperliquid, market-data sources, Google, Cloudflare, Stripe). We don't control these and aren't responsible for their accuracy, availability, or actions.

7. No liability for losses

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hyperwick and its operator are not liable for any trading or investment losses, missed opportunities, or damages arising from your use of, or reliance on, the Service or its data. See the limitation of liability in our Terms of Service.

8. Your responsibility

You are responsible for complying with the laws and regulations that apply to you, including whether you may lawfully trade the relevant assets in your jurisdiction. If you don't accept this disclaimer, don't use the Service.
